• All orders are shipped by USPS or FedEx. UPS is available upon your request.

• Our Shipping and Handling fees on our web site, www.downmemlane.com, are calculated according to total weight of the products being purchased. We make every effort to keep our shipping charges as reasonable as possible. If you feel the charges seem too high while you are placing an order, please phone or email us before you place your order. We may have miscalculated when we first set up our new web site! We can place your order for you offline with the corrected shipping fee.

• We no longer ship worldwide. The online shopping cart will calculate shipping for US and Canada only. DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BY EMAIL! Please contact us before you place your order if you have a question about the Shipping Charges.

• We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders can be shipped within 1-2 business days.
