General Information

Orders will normally be shipped Monday through Friday. If we are out of town for a trade show or other reasons the shipping time could be delayed until our return.

 

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your order. However, we make every effort to ship your order the same day we receive it.

 

We will send you an email when your order is shipped.

 

All prices are in US Dollar funds. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

We no longer ship worldwide. The online shopping cart will calculate shipping for US and Canada only. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

We make every effort to keep our shipping charges as reasonable as possible. If you feel the charges seem too high, please phone or email us before you place your order.

 

Ordering

Ordering is available online. We use PayPal for accepting payment by credit card or through your PayPal account. PayPal is an internationally recognized payment gateway and offers a highly secure service. We thus, do not obtain your card details. PayPal processes your payment and forwards the payment to us. PLEASE NOTE YOU SHALL NOT HAVE ANY CLAIMS TOWARDS MEMORY LANE, INC. (d/b/a Down Memory Lane) IN RELATION TO THE CHARGES MADE BY PAYPAL. Once you place your order online, PayPal will charge your account or Credit Card. If you have any questions or problems, please see our Return Policy.

 

We are MEMORY LANE, INC., d/b/a DOWN MEMORY LANE. When placing an order from our web site, www.downmemlane.com, you may see MEMORY LANE, INC. somewhere during the checkout process. and/or our "house" logo. The name that shows on your credit card statement will be either PAYPAL *DOWNMEMLANE or PAYPAL *DOWNMEMORYLANE, depending on which credit card company you are using.

 

If you prefer to order offline you can contact us by phone, fax, email or mail to place your order by credit card, check, money order or cash. We can process your order offline securely by whatever method you choose. DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BY EMAIL! If you are mailing a check for payment you can go through the cart and print out the shopping cart page. and send it along with your check and shipping address.

 

Taxes

7% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Iowa.
